Freeze Drying Frozen Peas and Corn

Freeze drying frozen peas and corn.
I rehydrate a few of the peas at the end. I poured boiling water over them and let them sit about 15 minutes.
I probably wouldn't use this brand again for freeze drying; the peas and corn from Costco taste better and only cost a little more. I will try fresh corn when it's available in the summer.
