Hi there, I'm Xandora, a Fluffy Ballerina, please try out this very simple 4min workout that includes 10 repetitions of simple exercises that you can do anywhere with some space. Do as much as you can tolerate or start out with a few exercises and add on as you feel comfortable. Only equipment needed is a chair or something to hold on to if you need to.
