Pull-Push-Run Outdoor Workout

Try this one out:
10 Rounds
-Pull-up pyramid 10-1. Alternate between overhand and underhand grip
-Pushups 10 each round. Alternate between close and medium grip
-Run to 50 yard line, recovery jog back
Be sure to decrease your pull-ups by one each round. Since your final round will only require one pull-up, make it a good one by trying a negative!
