Assembly Election LIVE Updates: Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra released the party's youth manifesto for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly election. Meanwhile, the Shiromani Akali Dal is keen to field Bikram Singh Majithia from Amritsar against Navjot Singh Sidhu. The BJP is also likely to field former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh against Sidhu. The elections in five states -- Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Goa will take place in seven phases between February 10 and March 7.
