戰爭法中沒有「輸＆贏」
只有「征服＆無被征服」
⭕️征服者可以改變被征服者的「領導者」
❌征服者不可以改變被征服者的「國體」

There is no "lose & win" in the law of war

Only "Conquer & No Conquer"

⭕️The conqueror can change the "leader" of the conquered

❌ The conqueror cannot change the conquered's "national body"
