Strange Creature Spawned In Our Home

On a rainy evening, an unknown sloth-like creature randomly showed up in our kitchen. After checking with the neighborhood, apparently it was a "pet" of a neighbor one street away. We ended up putting it in a cage and returned it to the "owner". I said "owner" because apparently it's illegal to have that animal as a pet. Still don't know the name till this day lol. Is it a masked palm civet? Pygmy slow loris?
