In this short vid I show you one of my daily staples for breakfast. its super quick, has a reasonable amount of protein and carbs and can fit into your morning routine with ease. Minimal effort required with maximum results! Please feel free to add anything new to it; ive blended it with a small piece of avacado before which I really enjoyed but didn't do in this video.
