On 27th October 21.30 transit van driving at speed on residential Rd hits a number of parked vehicles, tries to overtake a London Taxi with passenger on board hit his taxi and tries to make off, Taxi follows and manages to get this drunk driver off the road before be caused more damage and possible life threat.
