This doctor recorded in the call, whilst diagnosing an adverse reaction to the jab taken by this patient, informs the patient seeking advice that the entire programme is about to be HALTED!
They said they just got brand new information of the 'vaccine program' coming to an end imminently.

This revelation appears to have a logic connected with Boris Johnson's very recent announcement in the UK House of commons that vaccine certs and masks requirements will end Monday 24th January, 2022.
