Hey y'all, Lindsey here! It's been a little while since I last shared a What I Eat In A Day video and I'm pleased to be posting this one. Since mid-summer, I have been trying my hardest to prioritize a high protein way of eating. I'm only 3 months post-op from my reduction surgery this summer and my surgeon strongly recommended a high focus on protein.

The PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast) craze has been sweeping the inter webs for a while now and I find that lots of the recipes are wicked helpful in allowing me to get as much protein as possible in more interesting ways. Here are a couple of the recipes I've deviated from to make a some of the foods I share in this video:

Those are just my jump off points... I don't usually follow any recipe to the letter, but change stuff based on how I feel at the time of making the recipe. In other words: I use recipes as mere suggestions 😅.
