Intention and planning are often used interchangeably in our overachieving, hyper-focused, fast-paced world that we live in. But in reality, the two couldn’t be more different. As Americans, we plan a lot. The most significant difference between planning and being intentional is that planning is doing; while intention requires deep thought before any executive can occur.

Planning has become so ingrained in our culture that we rarely take a step back to question why we do the things we do to begin with. And without taking time to think before acting, it is easy to get on autopilot - where you go are only going through the motions of life without actually living.

In this episode, we dive into what it means to live with intention and find ways to spend time answering the hard questions that ultimately shape the vision each of us has for our own lives.
