Seniors forced to take five flights of stairs after elevator breaks down in St. Pete condo building

St. Petersburg seniors living in a five-story condo building were given two options: remain stuck in their units or take the stairs after the elevator went out in September 2021. After waiting three months, residents contacted ABC Action News Investigator Jackie Callaway for help.
