Roasted Cabbage Steaks have a Sweet and Meaty taste but we make them even Tastier with our Tex Mex Marinade! The Seasonings Soak in to the Cabbage and when Roasted, all the Taco Flavors come out! You can eat these as a Vegetarian Meal or have it as a Side Dish, Goes well with any Meat. Don’t forget to try our Garlic Balsamic Cabbage Steaks, So Delicious!

Marinating Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 40 – 45 Minutes
Roasted Tex Mex Cabbage Steaks Ingredients:
1 Head of Cabbage
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
