Wendy (@Loving It On Keto ) had a FANTASTIC(!!!) idea for a flour substitute that really got my brain to churning! I decided to show you how I make this different flour option, totally based on her experiments in this video here 👉🏻 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmgGFeiljIU.

The more I play around with this different "flour" the more I like it! The texture on sweet baked goods is delightful and allows a variation to the typical angel food cake-ness of most PSMF sweets. It's more work than a typical baking mix you'd put together for low carb baking, but the result is even less carbs and a whole heap more protein. It could become quite the new trend in the PSMF/ Protein Priority/ Low Carb world!
