After aging this bold Imperial Stout in Jameson Irish Whiskey casks for 12 months, the resulting beer is undoubtedly greater than the sum of its parts. With warming notes of brown sugar, milk chocolate, burnt caramel, and Ceylon cinnamon, there’s just a little sweetness, just a little light in Some Dark Hollow.
