INS Ranvir explosion: 3 Navy Sailors Dead, board of Inquiry Ordered

Three naval personnel died of injuries sustained in an explosion aboard the Indian Navy's destroyer INS Ranvir which was anchored at Mumbai's dockyard. Reports say the incident had nothing to do with weapons or ammunition explosion.
