NYC Carjackings 4 Times Higher Than in 2019

The NYPD has released data for a new category of crimes in New York City—Carjacking. According to NYPD data obtained by NTD News, there were 4 times as many carjackings in 2021 as there were in 2019. The number has gone up from 132 to 511.
