Smoking a small brisket flat

This is how I smoke a small piece of a brisket flat.
Bullets and bbq all purpose rub

50/50 Kosher Salt Pepper ( 4 TBS each Salt & Pepper) course or butcher pepper preferred
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Paprika
1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper

Note: if too salty add only 3 TBS Salt.
