Super Mega Baseball 3 | Online Pennant Race Game

After going 7-2 and winning the last Pennant Race, I have gotten off to a 1-4 start, losing plenty of close games. The biggest cause of this? Offense. Scoring no more than 4 runs in any game and being held to 0 runs twice is a problem. Can this be turned around?
