Jan 20th 2022 is now one year since China and the Biden Administration took over and became a Belligerent Occupier. After this date, 11.3 from DOD Law of War will go into effect.. The military then has legal right to take over the country except that doesn't necessarily mean it will play out in that way or on that day.. ENJOY!
