Ingredients
4 c. chicken broth
3 rounds of finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (low sodium) (this can be held until the end and added if needed by taste).
Dried Chinese noodles of your choice, 4 ounces
4 pak choi/bok choy leaves, cut
Sausage Meat (100g)

Instruction
Heat the chicken stock in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Combine the green onions, Bok Choy or Chinese greens, soy sauces, oyster sauce, and noodles in a large mixing bowl.
Reduce the heat to low and cook the noodles according to the package directions (just until tender). Serve immediately.
