Staff Loss Causing NY Hospital Crunch: Report

The New York Governor recently stopped some hospitals from performing money-making surgeries that could help patients in the long run. Gov. Kathy Hochul put in a two-week suspension because upstate hospitals are running low on beds. A researcher says a staff exodus is driving the crunch.
