The idea for this video had been weighing on me for a few days and I just could not wait to make it for y'all so I went out and bought all the stuff for it. This came out so good I almost cannot wait to be able to make it again. Pot Roast is a must have when it is cold outside in our household and I actually, shockingly haven't made it once this whole winter! So I knew it was time. My husband also really loves French Dip Sandwiches so I thought to mix it up a little I was going to incorporate the two.
