Its January and for a lot of people that usually mean Dry January. A time you stop drinking all those wonderful craft beers in your fridge. Well what if I told you that you could take anyone of those beers and just extract the alcohol out.

Well thats what I'm going to try and do today, see how my attempt at taking the alcohol out of a craft beer turns out.

Does it taste just like the original beer?
