Ted Cruz interrogates FBI on Jan 6 informants – agency REFUSES to answer

The Texas senator went to task on the FBI’s Executive Assistant Director National Security Jill Sanborn during the Senate Judiciary hearing Tuesday on if FBI informants were present during the so-called Capitol riot.

"Did any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participate in the events of January 6th? Yes, or no?" Cruz queried.

“I can’t answer that,” Sanborn replied.
