Welcome to the premiere of the Route 66 adventure series. The pilot episode is represented by the first four video segments. The adventure opens in Chicago, where Route 66 begins. This entire series was filmed during late summer of 2010.Many of the personalities still can be found but many others have moved on. This series will tell you of history, it will show attractions, it will make you laugh and cry. This is the Mother Road. Follow us as we reveal American's main street. In this episode we spent some time in Chicago where we filmed some attractions. Big cities along the route like Chicago and St. Louis and Los Angles are not enthusiastic about the old road like the smaller towns, and this is why we did not focus on these places. The heart of Route 66 is the people, and attractions are icing on that cake. The episode concludes as we exit Chicago and filmed Del Rhea Chicken basket and spoke with Patrick Rhea. A fine gentleman with an attraction worth visiting.
