Juan clarifies that the Law of War manual is meant to ensure compliance with lawfuil rules under Geneva convention. Some deal with what the military can do when a country has been occupied by a belligerent force. One key date occurs 1 year from when the foriegn occupier assumes control - in tis case 1 year from Jan, 20, 2021 the military is bound by oath to take steps to protect the republic and We the People.
