There is nothing wrong with asking a lot of questions. You probably won't gain a deeper understanding of a subject by simply listening and accepting what someone else tells you. Is there really any point in life if we leave all the joy of discovering to someone else, and even if we do, does that actually mean that the information we are receiving is trustworthy or logical? As individuals, our minds and bodies have unique characteristics that only we have the power to understand and take care of. Yes, we can look to others for suggestions, information, expertise, but it is our responsibility to make sound decisions. The only way we can do this, is by first knowing and trusting ourselves.
