Police Unconstitutionally Arrests Woman; Shatters Car Window

A Cleveland, Ohio woman was arrested and taken to the county jail after exercising the 5th by choosing to remain silent.
Police claim she was going the wrong way on a 1-way street, when it is unclear if this was actually the case.
The young woman was just blocks away from her home when she was pulled over, relentlessly harassed, and wrongfully arrested.
