Today just a quick video on the best way to clean cast iron! You shouldn't need to scrub it with harsh metal pads (or wasted salt), and you should never soak a cast iron pan in water. Instead we will let the power of heat and STEAM do the work for us! This works just the same if you re-heat your cast iron pan, or if the cast iron pan is still hot from cooking. run it under STEAMING hot water and watch the fun! Be safe out there, steam is HOT, keep our face clear!

And best of all these pans are CHEAP and last a lifetime. Even if you mess up and get it rusty, it's no problem just clear the rust, re-season and you're back to cooking!
