First 'Seditious Conspiracy' Charges Over Jan. 6

The Justice Department has issued the first "seditious conspiracy" charges related to the Jan. 6 Capitol breach. In an indictment that was unsealed Thursday, the DOJ brought a variety of charges against the leader of the Oath Keepers along with ten other defendants.
