How To Make The Keto Oven Baked Pumpkin

Ingredients
1 red kuri squash
1 tbsp salt (coconut oil)
Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/180 degrees Celsius.
Wash and cut the pumpkin in half.
With a spoon, scrape out the pumpkin seeds and chop the pumpkin into 1" (2.5cm) thick wedges.
Place the wedges on a baking tray that has been lined with parchment paper.
Brush the coconut oil on both sides of the pumpkin wedges.
Season the wedges with salt and/or any spices of your choosing before placing the baking dish in the oven.
In a preheated oven, bake the pumpkin wedges for around 30 minutes.
