Was the FBI and the DOJ Involved in Causing January 6, 2021?

On January 6, 2022, exactly one year after the infamous "Insurrection" that according to the political left in the U.S. almost caused the complete destruction of the United States of America, U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz and U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene held a press conference where they played video clips from January 5th and 6th, 2021 which shows various people instigating the events that transpired on January 6.

One of the people shown in these videos is named, and his name is Ray Epps. He had been on the FBI's most wanted list of people involved in January 6 at the U.S. Capitol, but for some unexplained reason, he was taken off of that list and no actions at all have been pursued against him, even though he can clearly be seen and heard doing everything he possibly could do to get people to enter the US Capitol Building on January 6, and he was even present at the very first breach of perimeter security on the Capitol grounds and can be seen running past the police when the first barricade was breached. Why has he not been charged with anything? Out of all of the video footage that I have seen personally, this man did more to instigate the events of Jan. 6 than any other human being did, and yet the Jan. 6 Commission and the FBI and the DOJ have not pursued any charges at all against him for inciting a riot, because that is precisely what the video evidence, complete with audio shows that Ray Epps is clearly guilty of doing.

Rep. Gaetz also points out a couple of more individuals who were involved in instigating the events of Jan. 6, and had these people not taken the actions they did, the events of Jan. 6 might never have happened as they did.

Representative Jim Jordan and several other members of Congress had painstakingly worked to put together a presentation for the objections they intended to bring during the vote on the electoral college certification of Joe Biden, and these Congressmen had even worked through the holidays preparing this so that the American people could finally see the mountain of evidence that no court in the U.S. had allowed to be seen prior to that day, but their plans were undermined by the breach of the Capitol. The real insurrection, as Matt Gaetz points out, was the disruption of that objection and the disclosure of the evidence for the first time to the American people.
