The lesson on January 16, 2022 was part 3 of “The Ends” study. Wayne opened up with a review of the Apostle Paul in his own life and how he was dealing with the ends in his own life. We review the progress in his life looking at Philippians 3:9-12 KJV compared to 2 Timothy 3,4. The remainder of the lesson looked at the Acts period and the urgency of the time is at hand. In all the epistles written during the book of Acts are in the context of fulfilling prophecy. Some of the types and prophecies were being fulfilled in the Acts. Everything prophetic would have been fulfilled if the one condition was met. This condition was put on Israel as specified in Acts 3:19-21 which was to repent and be converted. Wayne encourages us to be mature Christians like Adults vs. a Childs view as expressed in 1 Corinthians 14:20 KJV. The scripture reading was from Hebrews 6:1-6 KJV

“1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, 2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this will we do, if God permit. 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame”
