Vegan Keto Fried Tofu Soup: The Most Delicious and Healthy Recipe

Ingredients
1-2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1-2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
14 oz tofu (extra firm)
6 oz Baby bok choy
3 oz spinach
8 oz shredded or chopped cabbage
2-3 tablespoons miso paste OR 1 instant miso soup packet
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
to flavour garlic powder

Instructions
Set the heat to medium-low and add the cabbage to the liquid.
Cook your shirataki mushrooms in olive oil on a nonstick pan.
In a separate pan, steam the bok choy. Garlic and salt to taste.
Tofu cubes should be 14 to 12 inches thick.
Fry tofu cubes in olive oil till golden brown on both sides. Using a spatula, flip the tofu. To keep the tofu from burning,
add more olive oil as needed.
Toss in the tofu and all of the veggies, as well as the quick miso packet, soy sauce, and garlic powder, into the broth.
If you prefer a spicy soup, add sriracha to the stock.
Allow the soup to cook for a while. Enjoy this vegan keto tofu soup served in bowls.
