Croissant Ring Blender Tutorial - modeling an odd piece of jewelry

Hey, everybody; It's Jaywright! Today, I ran across this StackExchange question https://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/250384/how-to-model-the-croissant-style-ring and wanted to help. So, here is my answer. Doesn't look quite like the picture, but with tweaking I think we could get there.
