The Olivet Discourse: A Third Coming? (Matthew 24:36-42)

There are some who see a division in Matthew 24 at verse 36. They say the first part refers to Christ coming in AD 70 and then at verse 36 shifts to talking about a third Coming of Christ at the end of the world. Can this chapter be divided?
