20220116 Health and Logic - The Daily Summation

There are some folks who're healthy regardless what they do (or at least, they APPEAR so).

For most individuals though, that's not the case.

The big problem I see, is that a lot of people think they can be healthy via diet OR exercise, BUT NOT BOTH.

I'm here to tell you, if you talk to your preferred medical professional, and/or your trainer or other fitness person, they'll tell you, you need BOTH.

Further, I think it's likely you'll find your spiritual, mental, emotional, and psychiatric well being will improve if you attend to the two.

I wanted to talk about the tendency to NOT address health from a logical perspective that seems to be so prevalent in the present day.
