Charleston, SC "Livability Dept." Head Dan Riccio Justifies Segregation Re: Vax Status

Over 100 people were denied access to their own city council meeting in Charleston, SC due to their refusal to provide this man with a Vaccine Passport. Here is my discussion with him, and his justification (or lack thereof) for following these orders from Charleston Mayor, John Tecklenburg and Charleston City Council.
