Recipe:
4-6 Chicken Breast (cutlets)
Homemade Pesto: Olive oil, fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, romano cheese, gruyere cheese, lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes(optional)
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
prosciutto
gruyere cheese
eggs
Gravy: Butter and flour, white wine, lemon juice, chicken stock, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes(optional)
bake at 350 for 20 25 minutes
