Hey planner friends! In this video, I'm showing you how I'm setting up my fitness planner for the week using the Teacher Layout from The Happy Planner!
I'm tracking carbs, proteins, fats, and calories for nutrition as well as what I'm eating. And I'm also tracking how much water I drink each day, what workouts I do, how many calories I burn, step count and how much sleep I'm getting.
I'm also setting an intention for each day (I usually do this in the mornings but sometimes it happens the night before)
