3 EASY QUICK HEALTHY AFFORDABLE DINNER RECIPE IDEAS & COOK WITH ME 2021 | @ez tingz

In this video I share with you three incredibly easy, quick, healthy & affordable dinner recipe ideas that were truly AMAZING! The first recipe is NOT gluten free or dairy free but the last two are! I only made regular noodle for the scampi for my boyfriend Ry but I did not eat them. I hope you enjoy & that this video can give you some great recipe ideas!

Recipes:

HAWAIIAN FLATBREAD:

INGREDIENTS:

-Chicken
-Flatbread
-Coleslaw
-Cheddar Cheese
-Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce

*you can sub in/out any of these items as needed for allergies/intolerances/etc.

STEPS:

Step 1: cook chicken
Step 2: shred chicken
Step 3: add BBQ sauce to chicken & mix well
Step 4: heat flatbread in a pan
Step 5: assemble your flatbread: cheese, chicken, coleslaw, and a drizzle of ranch
Step 6: fold flatbread & enjoy alone or with your choice of a side!

ZOODLE SHRIMP SCAMPI:

INGREDIENTS:

-shrimp
-zucchini
-garlic
-butter
-police oil
-cherry tomatoes
-red pepper flakes
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-salt/pepper

STEPS:

Step 1: unthaw/trim the shrimp
Step 2: make your zucchini into noodles
Step 3: cut your cherry tomatoes
Step 4: add your butter & garlic to the pan on medium heat & sauté for a few minutes
Step 5: add your shrimp & seasonings & cook for a few minutes on medium heat
Step 6: add zoodles & cover with a lid, lowering the heat slightly so as not to over cooked the shrimp
Step 7: check to make sure your zoodles are at the texture you like & then take off heat & enjoy!

SALMON W/ BROWN RICE & VEGGIES:

INGREDIENTS:

-salmon fillets (frozen or fresh)
-frozen, steamable veggies (or fresh veggies)
-brown rice
-salt/pepper
-onion powder
-garlic
-butter
-capers
-nonstick spray
-lemon (or lemon juice)

STEPS:

Step 1: thaw your salmon (if it is frozen like mine)
Step 2: preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 3: melt butter and brush butter onto salmon fillets
Step 4: add onion powder, salt/pepper, minced garlic & capers to fillets
Step 5: use the juice from half a lemon squeezed on top of the fillets
Step 6: place fillets on a tinfoil wrapped baking sheet that was sprayed with non stick spray & cook in oven on 450 for 15 minutes
Step 7: while salmon cooks in oven, boil some water for brown rice
Step 8: while water boils for brown rice, measure out the rice needed as according to your package & cook steamed veggies in microwave (if your doing fresh veggies in the oven or on the stove top you’ll want to do this first before rice & before salmon is ready because it will take longer)

Step 9: once veggies are in microwave & water begins to boil, add your rice, then off heat, cover with lid & let sit
Step 10: take salmon out of oven, veggies out of microwave, plate your dish & enjoy!
