Dash of grenadine.
2 oz. Amer Picon. (I used Grand Marnier in this video)
The juice of 1 lime.

Coat the inside of the glass with grenadine.
put Amer Picon & lime juice in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake well & strain into the glass.
