Dead in the Water: The Legal Status of Your CORP(SE)oration on its Day of Berthing

The reason you can legally be forced to do things that are unlawful under The Constitution? You exist under a system of maritime commercial law that precedes the constitution and is therefore not beholden to it: UCC (Uniform Commercial Code), The Law of the Sea, also known as Maritime-Admiralty Law.

You are made to participate in this system, despite being on land, through the use of phony Phoenician wordplay and and legalese.

Every state has hybrid maritime courts except for Mississippi. These courts enforce maritime law on people-as-corporations, without the people even knowing it.

Corp(se)orations are dead, which is why their right of representation is usually attorned to another, as dead people do not have a leg to stand on in court (i.e. they have "no standing.")
