How to make delicious Chicken & Cheese SAMOSA

Ingredients:

Chicken mince (500g)
Garlic and Ginger paste (2 Tbsp.)
Yogurt (2 Tbsp.)Chopped chili (1 Large finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Paprika (2 Tsp.)
Cumin Powder ( 1 ½ Tsp)
Turmeric (1/4 Tsp)
Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp.)
Tomatoes Paste (3 Tbsp.)
Parsley (1/2 Cup)
Onion (1 ½ Cup)
Capsicum (1 Cup)
Mozzarella cheese (1 ½ Cup)
Plain Flour (1/4 Cup)
Oil (1/4 Cup)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and then add onion and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Chicken Mince and stir it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir and then add Salt, Button Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds Powder, Cumin Powder, Green Chilli and stir it and then add 2 tbsp water and stir it and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with lid. After that remove the lid and add Garam Masala Powder and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame. After that Your Samosa Stuffing is Ready.

Step 2: When you make a samosa then you should first fold (Samosa Sheet) it into 5 inches and then fold it (For this Watch Video) and then fill it and fry until it becomes into golden brown color. Your Perfect Shape Samosa is ready.
