Increase in number of hospitalizations and deaths among vaccinated in West Virginia

On August 23, 2021,Governor Jim Justice, of West Virginia, announces increases of more than 20% in the number of cases, hospitalizations and deaths among vaccinated individuals. He therefore advocates for a "booster shot" (3rd dose) of the same vaccine which obviously does not work.
