Sheriff Richard Mack: A discussion about Citizen's Arrest

Citizen's Arrest is one of the tools that can be used against lawless government actors, yet it needs to be considered with an abundance of caution. According to Sheriff Mack, when one of the people has legitimate evidence of a crime, he should first present the evidence to the county Sheriff or Chief of Police and demand a criminal investigation. The Sheriff should then recommend that the District Attorney file charges against the perpetrator. If the Sheriff doesn't want to do that (perhaps for political reasons), request that he call a Grand Jury to investigate it. This authority can be used by the Sheriff to investigate the contents of the vax, the fraud, and the cover-up by the pharmaceutical/government/media complex.
