CALIFORNIA BUSINESS EXODUS | Disney Lays Off 28,000 People & CEO Resigns | Will Businesses Leave?

I've done several videos on California's Exodus which covered individuals mainly that either could not afford to live in California or are fed up with the policies and politics California has established. As many of you know, California has a large problem with the cost of living, homelessness, drug abuse, illegal immigration, and other notable things that are concerning to residents that were born and raised here, some second and third generation of all races and genders.

ChiefExecutive.net or CEO Magazine again has ranked California as the worst state to do business in and employ people. That's 50th out of 50 states due to TAXES and State Regulations. With Texas, Florida, and Nevada coming in at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd as the friendliest.

Recently, you have seen Salon Shops closed because of Covid yet politicians were able to get their haircuts, Elon Musk's Tesla factory threatening to leave California and take the jobs away if they continued to hold his factory closed, Joe Rogan, the biggest podcaster leaving California, and NOW there is a big battle between Walt Disney Company, Uber, Lyft, and the state of California.

California Governor Gavin Newsome has shut down all theme parks since the Coronavirus including Disney Land in Anaheim CA since April. This has caused Disney Land to lay off 28,000 people and two weeks after, a Democratic supporter and CEO Bob Iger resigned from his very large position disagreeing with California Politics.

This Video goes into the State Lock Downs on businesses and what it could mean for not just a California Exodus but a California Business Exodus costing hundreds of thousands of jobs. Imagine if Disney decides to leave, then tech, and others because of the policies to employ here.

On top of that, Uber and Lyft threatened to stop their operations citing unfair employment laws. This can get ugly folks.
