Think of the people in your company who have done something well in the past month. Pick one person and answer the following questions:

1. What was the result that the person delivered that impressed you?
2. What obstacles did the person encounter before and during the project?
3. What specific strengths and innovative paths did the person take to overcome the obstacle(s)?
4. How did the final result impact your company and clients?

Next Microactions are crucial.

* Share this inspiring, positive story with ALL your people.
* Send an email, share it with clients or prospects, or bring it up during a press interview.
* Write down the responses you noticed on people’s faces when you shared this or the ones you got on emails and phone calls.

* After leading by example, ask your executives and managers to do the same.

Do this once a week for 40 days! (6 working days a week x 7 weeks)
