Mango Macadamia Crusted Mahi Mahi
Recipe
1 Cup Plain Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Dried Mango - Chopped Fine
1/4. tsp Everglades Fish & Chicken
3 tbsp Dried Macadamia Nuts
1 Large Egg - Beaten
4 Mahi Mahi Filets
* Chop Bread crumbs / Mango / Spices / Nuts in food processor until very fine
* Coat fish in egg and bread one side in the crumb mixture
* Let dry for 10 minutes
* Bake on Foil lined sheet pan w/ Non stick spray
400 Degrees / 25 Minutes
